Refund Policy


  • Shipping Expectations:
    • 3-6 business days for processing
    • 3-5 day for transit


  • Returns: Requests must be within 14 days of SHIPPED date
    • All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In addition, refunds are only offered for the product amount, not shipping costs.
    • The customer is also responsible for the return costs, as the amount for the return label will also be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded until they've been received. Refunds can only be processed after the order has been returned.
  • Damaged Order: Requests must be within 14 days of SHIPPED date

    • Damaged orders are replaced free of charge
  • Exchanges: Requests must be within 14 days of SHIPPED date
    • The customer is responsible for the return costs as well as shipping for the new order

**Additionally, please make sure your address is listed correctly. An incorrect address won’t be accepted as a valid reason for a cancellation/refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Provide us your order number, items you wish to return and why you’d like to return the item
  • Send back the item in the original packaging, once received we will issue the full refund


- Once returning item is received, we will process the refund immediately.  Funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days once refund has been processed.

- For exchanges, once returning item is received, we will ship out your new item within 7-10 business days.
